1.) You have had success at every level of soccer you have played. How excited are you to get a chance to play in the MLS for Vancouver?

Ben: “To begin my career with my hometown club in the MLS would be a dream come true.”

2.) How frustrating is it to not have a contract yet after teammates like Alderson and Clarke have signed there’s?

Ben: “Bryce and Caleb are two of my best friends and I am extremely happy for them to have signed their MLS contracts.”

3.) How important is it for you to get some quality minutes this year to help with your development?

Ben: “It is very important for me to get game time this year and it is integral to my development as a player.”

4.) Who is the best player you have ever played against?

Ben: “YP Lee in training.”

5.) Who is the best player you have ever played with?

Ben: “Davide Chiumiento or YP Lee.”

6.) Who is your favourite soccer player of all time?

Ben: “Cristiano Ronaldo.”

7. How nice was it to get the U20 call up with Alderson and Clarke?

Ben: Playing for your country is always an honor. To do it with your close friends makes it that much more special.

8.) Out of all the places you have travelled to play soccer. What is the best city you have been too?

Ben: “My favourite city would be either London or Madrid.”

9.) What do you think of the MLS trying to trademark the Cascadia Cup name even though it was created by the Caps, Sounders and Timbers supporters?

Ben: “The Cascadia Cup is a great trophy created by the supporters and in my opinion it should always belong to them.”

10.) Favorite soccer team of all time?

Ben: “Real Madrid, Manchester United, and of course the Whitecaps.”

11.) Where do you see yourself soccer wise in the next 5 years?

Ben: “In the next 5 years I will be making a move to a top European league after helping Vancouver win an MLS cup.”

12.) What Cap player do you spend the most time with off the pitch?

Ben: “Bryce and Russell.”

13. What would it mean to you to bring a MLS Cup to Vancouver?

Ben: “To bring an MLS Cup to Vancouver would be very special. The goal of the club is to accomplish this in the near future and I think that with the supporters, staff, and players we have this goal is very attainable.”
